Bread and Cheese started as a food tent at the North Park Farmers Market in San Diego, California in November of 2017. Owners Devin and Justin were at a music festival and saw food vendors doing well, and thought they could do it too. Three months later they were open for business. They saw a lot of growth and started 2020 with 2 brands, 5 mobile operations and 2 brick and mortar locations before COVID. Unfortunately, COVID got the best of the two brick and mortars, but Bread and Cheese came out stronger in 2021 landing the concessionaire contract for the Moonlight Amphitheatre from the City of Vista. In October of 2023 they opened a dual concept restaurant adding a breakfast concept that focuses just on breakfast burritos, called “And Breakfast Burritos.”

Devin and Justin are looking to expand their brick and mortar locations while continuing to cater, and eventually franchise!
